WooCommerce lets you run an online store on software you own, with no store-platform subscription tier deciding what you can do, and the freedom to customise almost anything. We build WooCommerce stores that are fast, secure and easy to manage, with a checkout designed to get customers from basket to confirmation with as little friction as possible.
Who it is for#
- Independent retailers and makers launching their first online shop.
- Businesses moving from a hosted platform that want more control, flexibility or ownership of their data.
- Existing WordPress sites that want to add products, bookings or digital downloads.
- Store owners with a slow or unreliable WooCommerce site who would benefit from a clean rebuild.
What is included#
- Discovery: products, customers, fulfilment, payments, taxes and integrations.
- UX and visual design for the home page, category pages, product pages, basket, checkout and account area, with two rounds of revisions.

- Transactional emails styled to match your brand.
- Core pages such as About, Contact, FAQ and policy pages.
- Performance: efficient templates, image optimisation and caching that respects carts and checkout.
- Security hardening and a minimal, well-maintained extension set.
- Technical SEO, including product structured data and an XML sitemap.
- Analytics and e-commerce tracking.
- Training on managing products, orders, coupons and reports, plus written documentation.
Process and timeline#
A typical WooCommerce store takes six to ten weeks. Catalogue size, integrations and data quality have the biggest influence on the schedule.
- Discovery and proposal (weeks 1–2): requirements, extension choices, payment and shipping plan.
- Design (weeks 2–4): store structure and key templates, with your feedback.
- Development and configuration (weeks 4–8): theme, catalogue, payments, shipping, taxes and emails on staging.
- QA and test orders (weeks 8–9): end-to-end purchase testing in sandbox mode, accessibility and performance checks.
- Launch (weeks 9–10): go-live, live payment test, monitoring and handover.
See our process page for more detail on each phase.
What we need from you#
- Product data: names, descriptions, prices, variations, SKUs and images, ideally in a spreadsheet.
- Your shipping rules, tax requirements and any fulfilment partners.
- An account with your chosen payment provider, in your business’s name.
- Store policies, including returns, shipping and privacy information.
- Brand assets and access to your domain and hosting.
Optional add-ons#
Quoted individually:
- Large catalogue import or migration from another platform.
- Subscriptions, memberships or bookings using official extensions.
