Contact Us

Tell us about your project and we will reply within one business day. Here is how to reach us, what to include in a brief and what happens after you get in touch.

Have a project in mind, a website that needs help, or a question about where to start? We would love to hear from you. You will be talking directly to the people who will design and build your project, and we aim to reply within one business day.

Ways to reach us#

The quickest way to start is the contact form below. It sends your message straight to our inbox and makes sure we have the basic details we need. If you prefer, you can also email or call us using the details here.

  • HoursMonday – Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 (EET)
  • Response timeWe aim to reply within one business day

Please use email or the form for anything detailed, such as project briefs, documents or links. Writing things down helps us give you a considered answer rather than a rushed one, and it gives both of us a clear record of what was discussed.

What to include in your project brief#

You do not need a formal brief to get in touch. A few honest sentences are a perfectly good start. That said, the more of the following you can share, the more useful our first reply will be:

  • About you: who you are, what your organisation does and who your customers or users are.
  • The goal: what you want the project to achieve. For example, more enquiries, online sales, fewer support emails, or replacing a slow, outdated site.
  • The type of project: a landing page, a WordPress website, a WooCommerce store, a custom web application, an audit of an existing site, or ongoing care.
  • Your current setup: a link to your existing website, if you have one, and any platforms or tools you already use, such as a CRM, payment provider or booking system.
  • Scope: roughly how many pages, products or user roles are involved, and any must-have features.
  • Content: whether your text, images and product data are ready, or whether you need help with them.
  • Timeline: any fixed deadlines, such as a launch event or a seasonal sale, and how flexible they are.
  • Budget: a range is fine. It is not a trap; it helps us suggest the version of your project that delivers the most value for what you want to spend.
  • Examples: websites you like (and dislike), and what specifically appeals to you about them.

Send us a message#

Fill in the form below and we will get back to you. Fields marked as required are the minimum we need to reply; everything else is optional but helpful.

Fields marked * are required. After sending you will be redirected to a confirmation page.

We only use the details you send to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project. You can read more in our privacy policy.

    Response times#

We aim to reply within one business day. Most of the time that reply will include either initial thoughts on your project or a few specific questions so we can understand it better. If your enquiry arrives over a weekend or a public holiday, expect to hear from us on the next working day.

If you are an existing client on a care plan, please use the support channel we agreed with you at handover so that your request is logged and prioritised correctly.

What happens after you contact us#

    1. We read your message properly. We review your brief, look at your existing site if you have one, and note any questions.
    2. We reply. You will get a personal response, usually with questions or initial thoughts, and an offer of a short call if it would help.
    3. Discovery conversation. We talk through your goals, audience, constraints and priorities. This first conversation is free and there is no obligation.
    4. Written proposal. If we are a good fit, we send a clear proposal with the scope, deliverables, price, timeline and payment schedule.
    5. Kick-off. Once you accept the proposal and the deposit is paid, we schedule the work and begin. You can see how the rest unfolds on our process page.

If it turns out we are not the right studio for your project, we will tell you that honestly and, where we can, suggest an alternative. Either way, you will leave the conversation with a clearer idea of what you need.

    Before you write#

You might find a quick answer on our frequently asked questions page, which covers pricing, payments, WordPress and WooCommerce, SEO and support. You can also browse our services to see what each one includes, or read about us to learn how we work and what we believe.

    Frequently asked questions

    Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The first conversation is free and without obligation. We use it to understand your goals and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit and what a sensible next step would be.

Do I need a detailed brief before I contact you?

No. A few sentences about what you want to achieve is enough to start. We will ask follow-up questions and can help you shape a proper brief during discovery.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Yes. If your project involves confidential information, we are happy to sign a reasonable NDA before you share the details. Just mention it in your first message.

Can you work with clients in other time zones?

Yes. We work remotely and communicate mainly in writing, which makes different time zones manageable. We will agree on convenient times for any calls during discovery.
